How to Engage Tax Masters
After you agree to purchase services from Tax Masters, look over the material we send you and promptly complete and return all forms so that we can get started on your case right away. If the IRS contacts you after we have taken you on as a client, refer them to us and explain that we are your tax representative. If they claim not to have us on record as your representative, take the name and title of the agent with whom you are speaking and call us. We’ll get to the bottom of the situation quickly and efficiently.
One of the most damaging misunderstandings we have with clients involves the IRS directly. Even though we are handling a case perfectly and on time meeting all deadlines, an IRS agent can tell you we are not doing our job, that they have heard nothing from Tax Masters, that we are in fact not doing what you hired us to do. Please understand that this may be a tactic to get you to pay more money than you have to. The IRS knows that we can reduce tax debt. If they can play you against Tax Masters, it’s to their benefit. It is incumbent on us to perform the services you agree to purchase and we will perform them faithfully. The fact that you paid us means that we must perform the agreed services, no matter what an IRS agent says to you and regardless of what you may read in negative Internet postings. If we do not perform the services as agreed, we go out of business. It’s that simple.
If, during the course of your engagement with Tax Masters, you have a question, an issue with our services, or even a legitimate complaint, call us. We are here to help you get out of the mess you are in with the IRS. We can and will help you get through this. Call us and let’s talk about your concerns. The IRS can make this process as difficult as they choose. Be prepared to stick with us and to communicate with us openly about your fear and about any interaction you have with the IRS. We are here to protect your rights as a U.S. taxpayer.
